Physician Services
Dr. Terri is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in both General Pediatrics and Perinatal-Neonatal Medicine. She provides critical care services to preterm and term infants in the ICU Nursery (NICU) in a variety of hospital settings. Dr. Terri holds medical licenses in Texas, Nevada, Georgia and South Carolina. Beginning July 2021 Dr Terri looks forward to growing her clinical skills in the area of pediatric hospice and palliative medicine when whe begins her clinical fellowship at Texas Childrens Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine. During the year of clinical fellowship training Dr. Terri will limit her provision of neonatal care services until August 2022.

Dr. Terri is a national acclaimed speaker known both for her energetic, dynamic and compelling approach from the moment she claims the stage. Audiences literally delight in her presence and repeatedly sharing that they could have listened to her all day. She specializes in a variety of topics ranging from: DEI and Anti-Racism Strategies to Achieve Health Equity, Addressing Health Disparities around Maternal Health and Birth Outcomes, Racism as a Public Health Crisis, Social Determinants of Health, Health Equity and the Life Course Perspective, Neonatal Palliative Care, Building Effective Nurse Physician Partnerships, Memory Making in the NICU, Navigating Difficult Conversations with Parents in the NICU, PTSD in NICU Moms, Resources for Children with Special Needs, Balancing Marriage and Medicine and Mentoring Minority Students for STEM Careers. Beginning July 2021 Dr. Terri will be pursuing additional training in the area of Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine . During her clinical fellowship Dr. Terri will have limited avaialability for speaking engagements until August 2022.
